HSE / Machine Operations Trainer

To deliver Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) training programs for industrial personnel and machine operators through classroom, practical, and onsite training sessions. The trainer shall ensure trainees achieve the required competency levels in safe machine operation, hazard identification, risk control, and compliance with applicable safety standards and company requirements. The role combines technical engineering knowledge with practical safety training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

• Conduct classroom and or onsite HSE training programs (depends on the requirements) for machine operators, supervisors, riggers and workers.
• Deliver training on safe operation of equipment such as:
• Mobile Cranes, EOT Cranes, Tower Cranes, offshore crane etc.
• Forklifts
• Earthmoving Equipment
• Telehandlers
• Other industrial machinery as assigned.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, refresher training, and awareness sessions.
• Evaluate trainees through written, oral, and practical assessments (when required)
• Prepare training reports and competency assessment reports.
• Coordinate with clients and operations teams regarding training requirements.
• Ensure training equipment, audiovisual aids, and practical assessment tools are available and maintained.

Training Development

• Conduct trainings on existing training documents and or need to prepare training presentations, lesson plans, assessment papers, practical evaluation checklists, and training materials if there is any requirements
• Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency assessments, and certification documentation.
• Continuously improve training content based on industry developments and lessons learned from incidents.

HSE Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment awareness sessions.
• Promote safe work practices and positive safety culture.
• Assist in incident investigations and provide recommendations for corrective actions when required.
• Participate in site safety inspections, audits, and observations.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and client requirements.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
