Provide expert advice and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters. Prepare and maintain detailed HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics. Lead and facilitate HSE training programs for employees and contractors. Requirements Proven experience as an HSE Manager, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards. Possession of relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and incident investigations.
