HSE Manager

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all marine operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international maritime standards.
• Maintain compliance with applicable regulations from organizations such as the International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Labour Organization (ILO), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), where applicable.
• Lead HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and certifications related to HSE remain valid and up to date.
• Conduct and review risk assessments for marine and shipyard activities.
• Develop Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Method Statements for critical operations.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement effective control measures.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per hour
