Key Responsibilities:

• Expert in HSE Regulations: In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and NFPA.
• Risk Assessment Expertise: Proficient in risk assessment methodologies like HAZOP and FMEA to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Environmental Impact Management: Skilled in environmental impact analysis and implementing effective management systems.
• Practical Solutions: Strong ability to identify hazards and recommend actionable solutions that enhance safety and efficiency.
• Effective Communication: Capable of clearly conveying HSE policies and procedures across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with employees, management, and contractors to ensure a safe working environment.
• Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple safety programs and initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Lead HSE Teams: Take charge of leading and developing HSE teams, ensuring that safety practices are followed and objectives are met.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years in the HSE field, ideally with a strong background in managing safety in high-risk industries.
