Job Vacancy – Safety Officer

Razanco Building Contracting Company – Dubai, United Arab Emirates
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team at one of our construction sites in Dubai.

Job Details:

• Position: Safety Officer
• Location: Dubai – UAE
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
• Qualification: Health & Safety Certification (NEBOSH or OSHA preferred)
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure implementation of all health and safety procedures on site
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Prepare daily and weekly safety reports for management
• Provide safety training and awareness sessions for site staff and workers
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE
• Valid NEBOSH / OSHA certificate or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety laws and construction site safety practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and enforce compliance
