Key Requirements

· Experience: Significant experience (often 5-10+ years, with some in a supervisory role) in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably within the energy, oil and gas, or construction industries. Experience in seismic operations specifically is a strong preference.

· Education/Certifications: A bachelor's degree in an HSE-related field is often required. Valued certifications include NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) or CSP (Certified Safety Professional).

· Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are essential for identifying risks, communicating effectively with diverse teams, and enforcing safety protocols.

· Physicality: The role requires frequent travel to field sites and the ability to work in varied and potentially hazardous environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,757.29 - ₹35,000.00 per month
