Role Description:

CONIN is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer with 7 years of professional experience to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure a safe working environment on all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and regulations on-site
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare reports
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for site staff and subcontractors
• Maintain records of HSE activities, incidents, and compliance documentation
• Provide guidance on hazard identification, risk assessment, and mitigation measures
• Support management in promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness
• Ensure compliance with company HSE standards and local regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related field
• 7 years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in construction or MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and HSE management software
• Excellent observational, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to enforce safety compliance and influence site teams positively
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities
