HSE Officer – 7 Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and maintain proper documentation.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training for site personnel.
• Investigate accidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as an HSE Officer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Certified in NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent safety certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
