HSE Officer

1. Possess an in-depth understanding of various safety methods & proven abilities in coordinating and leading a variety of people and projects
2. Communicate HESS hazards that exist in the facilities & make relevant safety information available to employees and contractors.
3. Knowledge of ISO 14001 – 2015 EMS and OHSAS 18001 – 2007 and its implementation to comply with legal legislations and loss prevention.
4. To carry out and organize related HSE training, Induction, Auditing, and Inspection of all construction and logistics activities in term of HSE requirements.
5. Complete Safety management at site as per development authority requirement.
6. Organize Tool Box meeting at site to educate un-skill person about personal and site safety and its importance.
7. Review, assess and prepare reports on on-site safety, fire, First Aid and welfare facilities, and procedures appropriate to the Works are provided and properly maintained or not
8. Monitoring the health and safety conditions and follow-up at the site.
9. Assist and conduct the construction-related site safety training
10. Carry out accident and near-miss investigations and prepare reports.
11. Conducting emergency evacuation drills.
12. Carrying out formal audit plans and conducting audits accordingly interface with regulatory HSE bodies.
Qualification requirements:

• Diploma in civil engineering.
• Nebosh ICG Mandatory
• 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure works.
• Fluency in Hindi, English and Arabic is highly desirable.
• Conversant with Quality Management Systems,

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
