HSE Officer

Key Requirements:

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience, with at least 3 years in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• Minimum 2 years of ADNOC project experience - ADNOC Approval.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech / B.E) – Mandatory.

Certifications

• Mandatory: NEBOSH IGC and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
• Additional: Any other HSE training or certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Preferred: Valid UAE Driving License.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice (CoPs) and applicable UAE HSE regulations.
• Proven ability to prepare, implement, and manage HSE Plans.
• Proficiency in implementing Permit to Work (PTW) systems, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments.
• Experience in conducting site HSE inductions, trainings, and emergency drills.
• Familiarity with H₂S awareness, monitoring, and control measures.
• Competence in incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of preparing HSE documentation for audits and inspections.
• Proficient in MS Office and other reporting tools for maintaining accurate HSE records.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with client safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
