HSE Officer

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in the UAE

· NEBOSH IGC is mandatory

· Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

· Experience in construction, landscaping, facility management, environmental services, or contracting is preferred

· Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, MOHRE requirements, Civil Defense requirements, and local authority requirements

· Ability to conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident reporting

· Good communication skills with a multilingual workforce

· Good command of English

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site HSE compliance and daily safety practices
• Conduct inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions
• Ensure proper use of PPE
• Support risk assessments, method statements, and Permit to Work control
• Conduct HSE induction and toolbox talks
• Monitor heat stress, worker welfare, and emergency preparedness
• Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
