Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a NEBOSH certification, possess an attested degree, and be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and training records.
• Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions for staff and contractors.
• Promote a proactive safety culture across all project sites.

Requirements:

• Valid NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s Degree (attested) from a recognized institution.
• HSE experience in the UAE (construction).
• Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
