HSE Officer – Facilities Management (FM)

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a short-term assignment at MOI Headquarters. The candidate must have a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) / O&M and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and enforcing safe work practices.

Job Title: HSE Officer
Location: MOI Headquarters, Qatar
Employment Type: Contract – 2 Months (Extendable)
Salary: QAR 4,500 + QAR 250 Transportation Allowance
Working Schedule: 6 Days per Week | 9 Hours per Day

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an experienced HSE Officer for a short-term assignment at MOI Headquarters. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Operations & Maintenance / Facilities Management (FM) and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits
  • Monitor and enforce safe work practices across operations
  • Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports and documentation
  • Provide safety training and toolbox talks to staff
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives on HSE matters
  • Maintain all HSE records, permits, and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in FM / O&M environment
  • Mandatory: Facilities Management (FM) background.
  • Valid HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards
  • Good communication and reporting skills
