HSE Officer-FMCG

Monitor and enforce compliance with local HSE regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits across production, warehouse, and logistics areas.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; maintain detailed reports and follow up on corrective actions.

Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to staff and contractors.

Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of emergency response plans.

Maintain documentation and records for safety checks, incidents, and legal compliance.

Liaise with government authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense) as needed.

Continuously improve HSE processes and drive a culture of safety in the workplace.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.

3-5 years of HSE experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (UAE experience preferred).

Strong understanding of UAE safety laws and industrial hygiene standards.

Excellent communication, observation, and reporting skills.

Ability to lead safety initiatives and influence safe behaviors on the ground.
