Job Overview

We are urgently seeking qualified HSE Officers for a major infrastructure and road project in Doha. The ideal candidate must possess strong site-based health, safety, and environmental experience, along with valid HSE certifications and a proven background in infrastructure and road construction projects.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of verifiable HSE experience
• Valid NEBOSH Certificate
• Valid IOSH Certificate
• Valid OSHA Certificate
• Infrastructure and road project experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and incident reporting
• Experience in HSE documentation, inspections, audits, and site monitoring
• Original experience certificates must be available
• Must be currently based in Qatar
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or previous experience on Ashghal projects
• Previous Ashghal approval is an advantage
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure and road construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE requirements
• Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams to promote a strong safety culture

Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
