HSE Officer – ITS & Road Operations

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH IGC: Must hold a complete National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health International General Certificate.
• IOSH Managing Safely: Required to support standard construction and operational oversight.
• Educational Background: Minimum of a 3-year Technical Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
• Qatar Work Status: Valid Qatar ID (QID) with an available No Objection Certificate (NOC) or transferable visa.
• Driving License: A valid Qatar Driving License is highly preferred since the role involves traveling across multiple city traffic signal locations.

Requirements:

• Years of Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of verified HSE experience within Qatar.
• Ashghal Project Background: Preference should be heavily given to candidates who are previously Ashghal-approved or have at least 3 years of experience on Ashghal Operation & Maintenance (O&M), road, or telecom/infrastructure projects.
• Work History Verification: The candidate must provide clear, official employment and experience certificates matching their CV dates; Ashghal audits these strictly.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
