HSE Officer (Offshore)

We are looking for a highly skilled and certified HSE Officer (Offshore) to ensure a safe working environment on our offshore projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in offshore safety regulations and a strong commitment to HSE standards.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with offshore safety regulations (OSHA, OGP, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on offshore rigs/vessels.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to PPE requirements and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and provide corrective action reports.
• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks for offshore crew and contractors.
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies on HSE compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (Offshore specialization preferred).
• OPITO-approved certifications (BOSIET, HUET, CA-EBS) are mandatory.
• Minimum 3-5 years of offshore HSE experience (oil & gas, marine, or wind energy).
• In-depth knowledge of offshore safety standards (SIMOPS, PTW, JSA, H2S safety).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a high-risk environment under challenging conditions.
• Proficiency in HSE reporting software and MS Office.
