We are looking for a highly skilled and certified HSE Officer (Offshore) to ensure a safe working environment on our offshore projects. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in offshore safety regulations and a strong commitment to HSE standards.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures in compliance with offshore safety regulations (OSHA, OGP, ISO 45001, etc.).</li><li>Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on offshore rigs/vessels.</li><li>Ensure all personnel adhere to PPE requirements and safe work practices.</li><li>Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and provide corrective action reports.</li><li>Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks for offshore crew and contractors.</li><li>Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and emergency response plans.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory bodies on HSE compliance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (Offshore specialization preferred).</li><li>OPITO-approved certifications (BOSIET, HUET, CA-EBS) are mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of offshore HSE experience (oil &amp; gas, marine, or wind energy).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of offshore safety standards (SIMOPS, PTW, JSA, H2S safety).</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a high-risk environment under challenging conditions.</li><li>Proficiency in HSE reporting software and MS Office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
