HSE Officer

HSE Officer - Mind Stream

Mind Stream is looking for a dedicated HSE Officer to oversee site safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment through diligent monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits

- Monitor and verify compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems

- Facilitate and deliver daily toolbox talks

- Identify and report unsafe acts and conditions immediately

- Assist in the investigation of near-misses and incidents

- Maintain accurate HSE records and site safety documentation

Requirements:

- NEBOSH IGC certification

- CPW certification

- Proficiency in risk assessment and incident reporting

- Ability to enforce PPE usage and safety procedures

- Experience supporting emergency response drills

- Experience: 3+ years

Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar

Contract duration: 65 days
