Job Overview
An experienced HSE Officer is required to support daily Health, Safety and Environmental activities across facilities management operations. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, monitor compliance, support incident investigations and promote safe working practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections.
- Perform hazard identification and risk assessments.
- Monitor Permit-to-Work activities.
- Ensure PPE compliance.
- Deliver Toolbox Talks.
- Conduct HSE inductions.
- Support emergency response activities.
- Investigate incidents and near misses.
- Maintain HSE documentation and records.
- Monitor contractor compliance.
- Report HSE observations and corrective actions.
- Promote continual improvement in HSE performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma, Certificate or Technical Qualification in:
- Occupational Health & Safety
- Environmental Management
- Engineering
- Science
- Related discipline
Mandatory Certifications
- NEBOSH International General Certificate
- IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)

Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years' relevant HSE experience.
