HSE Officer – Oil & Gas Experience Required

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer with a strong background in Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures on project sites
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and site audits
• Organize toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and client requirements
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses and prepare reports
• Maintain HSE documentation and records
• Promote a strong safety culture across the workforce

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Safety or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects (mandatory)
• NEBOSH certification required (IOSH preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in high-risk industrial environments
