Position: HSE Officer
Location: Qatar (QatarEnergy Project)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Work Days: 6 days per week
Duration: 2 Months (Extendable)
Salary: Negotiable (Full Package)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and QatarEnergy-approved HSE Officer to support ongoing project activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Health, Safety & Environment within the Oil & Gas sector and be capable of ensuring full compliance with QE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness trainings.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with QatarEnergy HSE standards and local regulations.
• Report, investigate, and document incidents/near misses and ensure corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and management to promote a strong safety culture.
• Maintain accurate HSE records and prepare required reports.

Requirements:

• QatarEnergy Approved HSE Officer (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and permit-to-work systems.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
