HSE Officer -Readymix Concrete

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our Readymix Concrete team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting site inspections, implementing safety procedures, and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the Readymix, Construction, or Manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Ensure compliance with company and legal safety requirements
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks
• Monitor the use of PPE and safe work practices
• Maintain HSE records and documentation
• Other Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk management.
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and enforce compliance.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
