HSE Officer – Yard Operations

We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at our yard operations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures on-site
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure safe movement of vehicles, equipment, and personnel in the yard
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with operations team to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Health & Safety or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in yard / industrial / construction environment
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations and implement corrective actions

Preferred:

• NEBOSH / IOSH certification
• Experience in recycling yard or heavy equipment operations
• Knowledge of risk assessment and incident investigation
