HSE OFFICERS (with experience working with Ashghal Projects)

We're currently seeking dedicated HSE Officers to join us!

Minimum requirements:

• Should have more than 4 years related experience
• With academic qualification equal to HND/HNC
• Must hold a NEBOSH (IGC/NGC) course certificates or equivalent
• Holder of IOSH (managing safety or working safety) / OSHA
• Preferably familiar with PWA/Ashghal projects
• First Aid certification
• Only Freelancer will be accepted
• Must be locally available in Qatar
• A holder of a valid Qatar ID
• Can join immediately

Key responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Support the development of OHS policies and programs.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics.
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation.
• Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives.
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

Other details:

• Location: Various locations in Doha
• Duration: Open-ended
• Shift: 10 hours daily with one (1) day off per week
