Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of projects specific HSE Plans & HSE Deliverables for onshore/offshore projects.

Playing the role of ADNOC Projects Site Representative on behalf of the HSE Manager

Coordinating all HSE issues between Projects Site Engineers & HSE Officers.

Replacing all Site HSE Officers during their Field Break as per ADNOC HSE Requirement.

Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Understanding HSE Management System

Knowledge and experience in implementing WMS PTW system and CP’ s.

Lead and participate in incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis.

Comply with the ISO standards of 9001 & 45001 & 14001

Monitor welfare facilities (accommodation, food, sanitation, medical, and transport) to ensure

compliance with HSE-CM-CP02 ADNOC.

Adhere to the company’s Management Information System.

Minimum 8 years’ experience and 3 years in ADNOC sites with approval

Certified Lead Auditor

KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES

Good command over the English language.

Good Communication skills.

Good documentation skills.

Good Computer skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Ability to analyze incidents and apply different root cause analysis. Ability to conduct HSE audits and review. Ability to develop emergency response procedure/plans. Ability to conduct risk assessments. Ability to review and implement HSE plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -

8 - 10 years of relevant experience.

Engineering/bachelor’s degree/ 3 year Diploma in Engineering.

NEBOSH/IOSH

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
