Role Overview

PSI Engineering Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to implement and monitor Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire Protection measures at the project site. The role ensures safe execution of construction activities and full compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections, safety patrols, and hazard identification
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws, fire safety, environmental regulations, company policies, and client requirements
• Supervise contractors and site personnel to ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices
• Monitor high-risk activities (work at height, lifting, confined spaces, hot work)
• Lead incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis
• Prepare and submit HSE reports and compliance documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of HSE plans and emergency response procedures

Authority & Responsibility

• Authority to stop work in unsafe conditions
• Ensure corrective actions for safety violations
• Maintain HSE compliance and accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field
• NEBOSH / OSHA or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA standards, and Pakistan HSE laws
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or engineering projects
