Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karachi for an HSE Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and conducting health, safety, and environmental (HSE) training programs for employees, and performing assessments to identify areas where additional training is necessary. The HSE Trainer shall report to the HSE Manager and work closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

· Looking after all related HSE matters

· To Train Mock up and Rig Staff Including Highway Yard & Back End Staff

· Provide all HSE related trainings to staff regarding Food Safety

· Demonstrated ability to deliver and facilitate engaging training that meets the needs of the audience.

· Handle Quality & Safety issues regarding HSE requirements

· Able to relocate and visit on sites for HSE inspections

· Create training materials, presentations, and manuals that effectively communicate safety procedures, protocols, and regulations.

· Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, existing staff, and management.

· Ensure operational & compliance documentations

Skills

· IOSH and NEBOSH certification

· Must aware regarding Food Safety

· Training Practical Explosure

· Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety knowledge

· Occupational Health expertise

· Good Interpersonal Skills

· Good Negotiation Skills

Experience

· Minimum 2 Years experience in conducting training programs, preferably in the food industry or Hospitality industry

· A background or working in ISO and or HACCP environment would be preferred

Qualification

· Minimum: Graduate Science (B.sc, B.E)
