Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will champion safety protocols, environmental compliance, and quality standards across our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace while maintaining regulatory adherence. Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate safety records, including OSHA logs, training records, and SDS files
  • Manage safety platforms for new and existing employees including Samsara, Embark Safety, KPA
  • Compile data for monthly / quarterly reports and create presentations for upper management
  • Report on safety platform month end numbers
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and trends and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support incident review meetings
  • Maintain corrective action logs
  • Present performance data for executive leadership
  • Review site safety audits and environmental data to ensure continuous adherence to OSHA, EPA, and ISO Standards
  • Assist in development of safety programs and training

Education and Certification Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years working in an analyst position
  • An associate degree in safety, occupational health, or a related field. Years of experience can be substituted for education requirement
  • Experience with software platforms and Microsoft office
  • Understanding how to calculate statistics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of applicable safety laws, regulations, and standards
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in response to known deadlines and maintain a keen attention to detail
  • Able to work effectively with minimum supervision and manage competing priorities; able to exercise sound judgment in making effective decisions

Pay: $30.00 per hour
