HSEQ Coordinator / Auditor (Dubai, UAE)

Join a global organisation with a strong purpose.We are looking for a proactive HSEQ Coordinator / Auditor to join our Group HSEQ-W team in Dubai. This is a hands-on role supporting Group-wide programmes, assurance activities, and data-quality improvements, offering excellent development and global exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with audit preparation, fieldwork, evidence capture, and documentation
• Contribute to data validation, reporting, dashboards, and CSRD-related inputs
• Manage digital content, records, templates, and programme materials
• Help track actions, follow-ups, and regional oversight visits
• Support day-to-day HSEQ coordination, campaigns, and Group initiative

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in HSE coordination, administration, or basic auditing
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Confident with digital tools; content creation experience an advantage
• Clear communicator, professional, and comfortable in multicultural environments
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
