HSS Applicator (Pipeline Field Joint Coating)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HSS Applicator (Heat Shrink Sleeve) for pipeline field joint coating works in oil & gas projects.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience in HSS application (Canusa / Raychem or equivalent systems)
• Hands-on experience in:
• Surface preparation
• Primer application
• LPG torch heating & sleeve installation
• Strong understanding of pipeline coating procedures
• Familiar with hot work safety practices and site HSE requirements
• Experience working in PDO / OQ / ADNOC / ARAMCO projects preferred
• Ability to work in demanding site conditions

Responsibilities

• Execute HSS installation as per approved procedures
• Ensure proper surface preparation and coating quality
• Maintain safety standards during heating and application
• Coordinate with supervisor and QC team
• Perform basic inspection and ensure defect-free application

Preferred

• Previously approved / worked on PDO, OQ, ADNOC, or ARAMCO projects
• Immediate availability is an advantage
