HSSE - Assistant Manager

Job Description

1. Obtain training needs from projects and other department

2. Prepare training content as per company standards in suitable format for delivery

3. Prepare training schedules/calendar.

4. Conduct periodic evaluation of HSE Staff as per COE requirements

5. Update or prepare training PPTs as per new training requirements and changes in legal requirements

6. Assist in preparation of training records and reports.

7. Prepare Various communications for disseminating information

8. Analyse feedback for improvement in training programs or PPTs

Qualifications

1. B Sc. in Physics/Mathematics/Chemistry OR 3 years fulltime Diploma in Mech./Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Fire and Safety from recognized Universities or institutions.

OR

B Tech in Mech./Civi/Electrical/Electronics/Fire and Safety from recognized Universities or institutions.

2. Minimum Level 3 in Occupational Safety and Health Management from any Industry recognised institutions.

3. Experience

1. For B Tech candidates, 8 years on site experience in all kinds of civil projects out of which minimum 4 years in high rise building construction.

2.For Diploma and 3 years B Sc candidates, 12 years on site experience in all kinds of civil projects out of which minimum of 6 years in high rise building construction. 3.Minimum of 2 years of training experience in HSE related subjects in a professional training establishment or in construction companies.

4 Out of total desired experience, minimum 4 years in UAE

Other Traits

1. Very good command over spoken and written English and any other Indian Languages or Arabic.

2. Expert in content writing and development for training modules.

3. Proficient in preparing PPTs. _

4. Coordination skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills.

6. Mentoring abilities.

7. UAE Driving license (preferable)
