HUB Manager – Operations, Community, AI & Innovation

We are looking for a highly motivated HUB Manager to take full operational responsibility for a dynamic Business & Innovation HUB in Abu Dhabi.

The HUB brings together startups, entrepreneurs, investors, and technology companies and focuses on AI, robotics, software, and emerging technologies, combined with business development, training programs, and events.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building communities, organizing events, driving memberships, and managing an innovation ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations

• Manage the daily operations of the HUB
• Ensure smooth functioning of workspace, meeting rooms, training rooms, and event areas
• Coordinate service providers, vendors, and operational logistics
• Maintain a high-quality professional environment for members and visitors

Memberships & Community

• Manage and grow the HUB membership program
• Onboard new members and support existing startups and companies
• Build a strong entrepreneurial and innovation-driven community
• Maintain relationships with founders, investors, and partners

Events & Programs

• Organize startup events, pitch nights, hackathons, and networking events
• Coordinate trainings, workshops, and accelerator programs
• Work with external speakers, mentors, and trainers

Technology & Innovation

• Support HUB activities related to Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Software, and emerging technologies
• Help organize AI workshops, robotics demonstrations, and innovation showcases
• Connect startups and partners working in AI, robotics, and deep-tech

Marketing & Growth

• Support marketing activities including social media, partnerships, and promotions
• Promote HUB activities, events, and memberships
• Help position the HUB as a leading innovation and startup ecosystem

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong organizational and operational skills
• Is highly proactive and execution-focused
• Has experience in community management, coworking spaces, events, or startup ecosystems
• Has interest or experience in AI, robotics, and emerging technologies
• Has strong marketing and communication skills
• Enjoys working with entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors
• Can manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
