About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable HubSpot CRM & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and execute a targeted outbound campaign across 1,800 IDA-supported companies in Ireland for our client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in HubSpot, B2B outreach, and CRM campaign execution who enjoys combining research, segmentation, and personalised communication.

Campaign Objective
The goal of this campaign is to introduce a part-funded consulting/training offer (50% IDA support) focused on:
Skills and knowledge mapping
Identification of internal upskilling opportunities
A practical 90-day action plan

Key Responsibilities
Own the setup and execution of a targeted HubSpot campaign
Research and identify relevant decision-makers across organisations
Maintain clean, structured CRM data (companies, contacts, segmentation)
Build smart lists for campaign management and reporting
Segment accounts based on relevance, engagement, and role
Create personalised email sequences and workflows
Write high-quality outreach emails (non-generic, human tone)
Monitor campaign performance and optimise outreach strategy
Conduct light phone follow-ups where required
Maintain accurate CRM activity logs and pipeline updates
Continuously refine messaging and targeting strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (lists, sequences, workflows)
Strong attention to detail and CRM hygiene
Excellent research and data organisation skills
Strong written communication (natural, personalised tone)
Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
Comfortable with email + light phone outreach
Self-motivated and able to manage campaigns independently

B2B lead generation / sales development experience
Experience with targeted or account-based campaigns
Understanding of buyer roles (HR, L&D, Operations, Leadership)
Exposure to international markets (UK/Ireland is a plus)
