We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven HubSpot CRM Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance our HubSpot CRM system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth CRM operations, streamlining workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and driving automation to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot’s tools, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Build, optimize, and manage automated workflows, pipelines, and sequences to support lead nurturing and sales processes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM usage with business goals.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and campaign performance.
- Provide training, support, and documentation for HubSpot users across departments.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other business tools and platforms.
- Regularly audit CRM data and processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated on HubSpot product updates, trends, and CRM best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a HubSpot CRM Specialist, Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and related features.
- Proficiency in CRM automation, workflows, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Understanding of marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- HubSpot Certification(s) (Marketing, Sales, or CRM Implementation).
- Familiarity with digital marketing, inbound methodology, and sales enablement strategies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
