We’re hiring a
HubSpot Specialist
to take full ownership of the CRM platform and drive the alignment of Sales and Marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Own and administer
HubSpot CRM
(Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations Hubs).

Manage
sales funnel & deal pipeline
end-to-end, delivering actionable insights.

Design and execute
marketing automation workflows
and email campaigns.

Build
custom dashboards, reports, and attribution models
.

Develop and manage
API integrations
with internal systems and enrichment tools.
-
Train and enable stakeholders on CRM best practices.
-
Apply
AI tools
to accelerate enrichment, automation, and reporting.
Requirements
-
4+ years
of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience.
-
Proven expertise in
email marketing
(segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, analytics).

2+ years
working with HubSpot APIs and custom integrations.
-
Practical experience applying
AI tools
in CRM/marketing workflows.
-
HubSpot certifications: Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, plus one of Revenue Ops/CRM/API.
-
Strong analytical, collaborative, and client-first mindset.
