About the Role
We are looking for a skilled HubSpot Sales & Service Hub Specialist to configure, optimize, and manage our HubSpot CRM environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub, helping streamline sales processes, improve customer support operations, and drive CRM adoption across teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Hub Management
- Configure and manage sales pipelines, deal stages, lead scoring, and sales playbooks.
- Optimize lead management processes and sales workflows.
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and performance reports.
CRM Customization
- Build and manage custom properties, views, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy, consistency, and organization.
- Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and segmentation initiatives.
Workflow Automation
- Design and implement automated workflows for lead assignment, follow-ups, task creation, and deal progression.
- Automate customer service processes, including ticket routing and escalation workflows.
Service Hub Administration
- Configure and manage the ticketing system, knowledge base, customer feedback surveys, and SLA tracking.
- Improve customer support workflows to enhance response and resolution times.
Integrations & System Management
- Integrate HubSpot with tools such as Outlook, Slack, customer support platforms, and other business applications.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth system performance.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs including:
- Deal velocity
- Pipeline performance
- Ticket resolution time
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Service team productivity
Training & Support
- Provide onboarding and training for sales and customer service teams.
- Create documentation and best practices to improve HubSpot adoption.
Process Improvement
- Audit existing CRM, sales, and service processes.
- Recommend and implement improvements that increase efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- HubSpot Sales Hub and Service Hub Certifications preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HubSpot administration, CRM management, or customer support operations.
- Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and customer service workflows.
- Experience with workflow automation, reporting, and CRM customization.
- Knowledge of data migration, segmentation, and database management best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with SaaS, eCommerce, or customer support environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional sales and support teams.
