Human Capital Manager

Job Opportunity: Human Capital Manager (M/F) - New York

As part of our business growth, we are seeking an experienced Human Capital Manager with a strong foundation in HR management and a modern approach to people development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR administration and payroll processes (employee records, contracts, absences, payroll inputs).
  • Ensure compliance of HR practices with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor training and talent development programs.
  • Support managers in the day-to-day management of human resources matters.
  • Lead and coordinate strategic and innovative HR projects.
  • Contribute to the optimization of HR processes and tools.

Profile Required:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both HR administration and HR development.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and hands-on professional.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of confidentiality.

Pay: $26.04 - $31.36 per hour
