Human Capital Specialist (Fresh Graduate)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Human Capital team. The Human Capital Specialist will support daily HR operations, government portal transactions, and employee services while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of HR. This role is designed to provide development opportunities and practical exposure to human capital practices in line with company policies and Saudi labor law.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Operations & Support
• Assist with maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Support HR team with day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in posting jobs, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Employee Services
• Handle basic employee queries in coordination with the HR team.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Government Portals
• Learn and assist in updating employee information on portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, and HRDF .
• Support compliance requirements under Saudi labor law with guidance from senior HR team members.
• Learning & Development
• Participate in training programs to build HR knowledge and skills.
• Support coordination of internal training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/training experience .
• Basic understanding of HR principles and eagerness to learn.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in HR systems and government portals is a plus.
