Beauvais Center is a 184-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in a STL, MO. Excellence is our goal and good outcomes are our daily measures of progress. HR Director/ Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team, a candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff as well as maintain a good rapport with the team.

HR Director/ Payroll Duties Include:

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions.
• Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees.
• Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system.
• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs, Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process.

• You have minimum One (1) year HR/ Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry.
• You are computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
