We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
