Job Summary:
Good Clean Love?s Human Resources Coordinator will aid and facilitate human resources processes. This role works closely with employees in the onboarding and offboarding process. This role also assists with employee health and benefits plans and acts as liaison between employees and insurance providers; working to resolve benefits-related problems and ensure effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and general office support.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Works with new employees to facilitate the onboarding process, including all new-employee files and coordinating various forms to new employees.
Facilitates use of health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Manage the paperwork process for employees that exit the company.
Assists with recruitment and interview process as needed; including tracking status of candidate and responds with follow-up notices throughout the recruitment process as directed.
Completes new-employee files and maintains archived files as directed.
Process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Files documents into appropriate hard copy and electronic employee files.
Assists with the preparation of the performance review and ongoing compensations processes using payroll software.
Coordinates employee events as directed.
Coordinates projects as directed.
Provides internal customer service by answering employee requests and questions.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans and email documents; and performs other clerical functions.
Lead outreach initiatives to build partnerships and foster collaboration with key stakeholders.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Associate?s degree in human resources or related field. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Experience considered in substitution of degree.
At least two years? related experience required.
SHRM-CP or PHR credential preferred.
