Overview
The Human Resource Administrator will manage one of the core business functions – Human Resources. You will be working closely with a variety of department Managers across the organization – including executive office and reports to the Director of General Office. The Human Resource Administrator will manage HR administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety.
Energetic professional who does not mind wearing multiple hats as ad hoc projects will be assigned and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, accountable and enjoy the operational challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating/contributing efforts in cultivating successful and vibrant work culture
- Resource for employees throughout the employee lifecycle (partnership with PEO)
- Collaborate with hiring Managers to meet hiring goals: recruiting/head hunting, creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, create and deliver offer letters, and compensation plans
- Manage onboarding and separation processes, employee recognition programs etc
- Advise and support Managers in performance management and employee relations matters
- Maintain Company compliance in tandem with PEO regarding labor laws
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Handles all discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy, and constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Creating, editing, and managing company handbook, operations policies and procedures
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
- Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way under the leadership of CEO
- Ownership & management for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for HR, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise
- Create letters, presentations, and documentation
- Back up for any administrative needs
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Have a passion for great work and nothing less than your best will do

- Knowing there are always multiple answers to a problem, and you know how to engage in a constructive dialog to find the best path forward
- At least 5 years in HR (especially in recruiting and implementing policies) experience with a bachelor’s degree
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Exceptions attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, negotiations and conflict resolution skills
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- History of working effectively in a team environment while juggling multiple priorities in a thriving fast pace environment
- Ability to work with limited supervision is key and able to exercise sound judgment
- Willingness to work hard, be strategic and result oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be available by phone outside of core business hours when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
