Human Resource and Administration Officer

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing human resources functions and overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle both people management and office administration responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Human Resources

  • Manage recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR letters
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files
  • Coordinate employee performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with Oman labor laws and company policies
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication

Administration

  • Manage office operations and supplies
  • Coordinate with government authorities for company documentation (licenses, visas, renewals)
  • Handle correspondence and official documentation
  • Support management in organizing meetings and internal reporting
  • Maintain company records and filing systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years plus of experience in HR and administration
  • Good knowledge of Oman labor law
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
