8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior/entry-level professional who is passionate about both recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end hiring process and ensuring smooth HR operational activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
  • Support in pre-onboarding formalities and joining processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle employee documentation, offer letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related queries and support general HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative roles (internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
