Human Resource Associate (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

✔ Maintain HR operations, documentation & compliance

✔ Implement performance reviews & staff capacity building

✔ Upgrade HR policies, conduct POSH trainings & day to day staff management

✔ Support audits, donor compliance & organizational growth

Who Can Apply

* Post-graduate in HR / Social Work / related field

* 5+ years HR experience (NGO/social sector preferred)

* Strong knowledge of labour laws & ethical HR practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
