Job Description
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business goals and elevating organizational performance. This role partners closely with multiple business units and senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent and leadership development, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing data-driven insights, coaching, and guidance on organizational design, team health, and change management, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment.
The position serves as a senior consultant to management on people and organizational matters. The HRBP proactively assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and develops solutions in collaboration with business and other HR stakeholders. This role provides data-informed guidance on organizational design, team effectiveness, and talent outcomes, while maintaining a high level of business literacy – including understanding each team's financial performance, near- and long-term plans, and culture. The position may include international human resources responsibilities.
