Job Overview
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals. The role focuses on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and driving people initiatives that support business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Drive manpower planning, talent management, and succession planning
- Support and implement performance management, appraisals, and KPI frameworks
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements
- Lead training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support change management and organizational development activities
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for business decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of HR experience, with exposure as HRBP or HR Manager
- Experience in field sales / agro / manufacturing environments preferred
Skills Required
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Sound knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Proficiency in HR analytics and reporting
