Job Description Summary: The HRBP will play a critical role in driving the success of our commercial team by ensuring the right talent is in place for a successful product launch and long-term business growth. Responsible for recruitment strategy, talent acquisition, and providing full-spectrum HR support, acting as the key HR partner for the commercial groups.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:

Lead recruitment efforts for all commercial roles, including sales, field operations, marketing, and customer support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for building out a high-performing commercial team.

Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company's culture, mission, and goals.

Leverage industry-specific recruiting networks to identify and attract top talent in the Class III medical device space.

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the commercial team, providing guidance and support on all HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Collaborate with commercial leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success and employee engagement.

Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and team dynamics.

Support commercial leaders with change management, organizational structure, and team alignment as the company prepares for growth and a successful market launch.

Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture within the commercial team by addressing employee concerns, driving engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Provide coaching and counsel to managers on performance issues, conflict resolution, and employee development.

Work closely with other HR Business Partners and team to ensure alignment of HR initiatives and business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to support a seamless experience for both managers and employees.

Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years focused on recruitment and HR business partnering for commercial teams. Experience within the Class III medical device industry a plus.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales, field, and commercial teams in a regulated environment.

Strong understanding of HR practices, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and frontline employees.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong planning and organizational skills.

Experience with startup or growth-stage companies in the medical device or life sciences industry.

Familiarity with HR systems and tools, particularly for recruiting and performance management.
