Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to support our HR operations. This internship is ideal for individuals who want practical exposure to recruitment, people management, and organizational development in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and induction of new interns and team members
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documentation
• Help in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Assist in performance tracking and evaluation processes
• Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
• Support policy implementation and basic HR compliance tasks

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with virtual teams
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
